Andrew brings over 26 years of specialized experience in performing and managing projects for community associations, senior living facilities and commercial facilities.   His specific areas of expertise include the preparation of Capital Reserve Studies, Transition Studies and Physical Needs Assessments for clients in the Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware regions.

Throughout his career, Andrew has excelled in delivering practical solutions that help associations and property owners strategically manage their physical assets and plan for long-term success.

In his current capacity with Reserve Metrics, Andrew intends to focus on the Central Pennsylvania market to further develop relationships with community managers, community associations and building owners/managers that have been cultivated over the past two decades.  While Andrew will utilize the knowledge and experience gained from his years of performing various types of site and building evaluation projects, he intends to focus primarily on the Capital Reserve Study and Facilities Planning market segments.

Having achieved the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation in 2007, Andrew has years of experience in the preparation of Reserve Studies in accordance with the national standards set by CAI.

Andrew has also served on the CAI Central Pennsylvania Regional Council for many years and was a charter member when it was first established in 2004. Andrew is also a regular presenter at CAI educational programs.
